360 Recruitment Consultant - Rec2Rec | Tech & Finance

Are you a passionate recruiter with experience in the full recruitment cycle and a desire to work on a global stage? We’re hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant to support an established UK-based recruitment firm specialising in Rec2Rec placements across the tech and finance sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of recruitment experience, a background in permanent placements, and a keen interest in international recruitment. You’ll work closely with a small, agile team, helping place recruiters into top-tier agencies across the UK, US, and other global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing through to placement
• Source, engage, and screen top recruiter talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Support the growth of client relationships by identifying and onboarding new business opportunities
• Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic support throughout the hiring cycle
• Work on international Rec2Rec roles, primarily within the tech and finance recruitment sectors
• Maintain accurate records on internal CRM and support data-driven hiring efforts
• Represent a professional, consultative approach to both clients and candidates

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role (permanent placements preferred)
• Exposure to Rec2Rec or agency recruitment is advantageous
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Track record of onboarding clients and delivering quality placements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and across time zones
• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop
