Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Source, screen, and interview tech professionals for roles across the UK.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with UK-based clients in the tech industry.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client hiring needs and market trends.
• Write compelling job ads and create innovative sourcing strategies.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
• Use ATS, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build talent pipelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally with a focus on tech roles.
• Proven experience recruiting for the UK market is essential.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Confident with business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
• Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
