Key Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with international academic standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support the academic teaching team across various departments.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to enhance academic outcomes.
• Conduct regular teacher evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on school improvement plans and academic policies.
• Ensure compliance with national education regulations and school accreditation requirements.
• Organise and lead staff training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews.
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on excellence in teaching and learning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in an academic leadership role.
• Strong understanding of international curricula (British, IB, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and academic administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, female-led environment.
