About Pavago: Pavago is seeking a smart, technology-savvy Admin Assistant – Real Estate to join our client’s team. This role will primarily serve as a liaison between the property owner and the property management team, ensuring smooth communication and successful execution of ownership's vision. The ideal candidate should have strong critical thinking skills, experience working with high-net-worth principals, and the ability to navigate working with an A+ hyper personality. This role also includes financial oversight, broker listing support, executive assistance, and vendor coordination. Knowledge of the San Diego real estate market and local regulations is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of communication between the owner and property management team, ensuring all operations align with ownership’s directives.
Coordination & Execution: Track and manage key property management tasks, coordinate with tenants, vendors, and 3rd party contractors as needed.
Broker Listing & Acquisition Support: Review broker listing packages for multifamily deals, assist in acquisition analysis, and provide insights into the San Diego market.
Technology & Organizational Improvements: Implement technology solutions to improve communication, file organization, and streamline workflows.
Financial & Vendor Oversight: Negotiate vendor contracts, reconcile financials, and track rent delinquencies while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Executive Support & Project Management: Manage calls, calendars, and administrative tasks for the owner. Assist in marketing multifamily listings and tenant outreach strategies.

Financial & Analytical Thinking: Experience in vendor negotiations, acquisition analysis, and financial reconciliation.
Bilingual Ability: Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred for effective communication.
Critical Thinking & Market Knowledge: Familiarity with San Diego real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Required Experience & Skills:
Education: Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or executive assistance, working with high-net-worth individuals.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using Buildium, AppFolio, Excel, and real estate financial tools.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with San Diego real estate laws and investment strategies.
Executive Support Experience: Ability to manage calendars, calls, and project-related tasks efficiently.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Your day will involve coordinating with property management teams, reviewing broker listing packages, tracking rent delinquencies and vendor performance, and ensuring financial compliance. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between the owner and external stakeholders, assisting with acquisition analysis and executive support tasks such as calendar management, tenant outreach, and property marketing.
