Working Hours: Australian Business Hours
Salary: Up to $2,000 AUD / month

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, handling objections and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, is confident speaking with decision-makers and is motivated by achieving measurable targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails and other outreach channels.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, business requirements and level of interest.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Confidently handle objections and effectively communicate the value of the company's services.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally.
• Meet and consistently achieve appointment-setting and activity KPIs.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies, messaging and conversion rates.
• Participate in coaching, training and regular performance reviews.

• Previous experience in Appointment Setting, SDR, Business Development or Outbound Sales.

• Proven experience conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Strong objection-handling and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Experience using CRM.
• Strong organisation, follow-up and time-management skills.
