We are recruiting for an Associate Implementation Manager to join E Works, a growing software provider within the ClearCourse group, delivering job management and field service software to businesses across the UK.
E Works provides a powerful SaaS platform that helps field service organisations manage jobs, engineers, scheduling, invoicing and reporting all in one place. Our software is designed to help service-based businesses operate more efficiently and scale their operations.
As an Associate Implementation Manager, you will play a key role in onboarding new customers onto the platform, ensuring a smooth and professional transition from sale through to successful adoption. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Support teams to ensure customers receive the guidance and training they need to get the most from the system.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, managing onboarding projects, and helping businesses successfully implement SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new customers adopting the E Works platform
Gather customer requirements and configure the system to match operational needs
Configure system settings, workflows and user access
Deliver remote and occasional onsite product training sessions
Manage customer data imports where required
Support customers through go-live and early adoption of the platform
Act as the first point of escalation for implementation-related queries
Perform basic functional testing of configurations and new features
Communicate implementation progress, timelines and risks clearly to customers
Maintain clear documentation including configuration decisions and training records
Work closely with Sales, Support, Development and Customer Success teams
Capture customer feedback and highlight improvement opportunities
Experience within field service or job management software environments
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects
A practical problem-solver with a strong attention to detail
Comfortable delivering customer training sessions and guiding users through new systems
Desirable experience:
Experience implementing or onboarding SaaS platforms
Experience delivering software training to customers
Basic understanding of cloud-based software environments
