Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with prospective landlords and housing providers to present tailored property solutions.
• Understand and articulate the benefits of long-term leasing models within the social housing sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new property partners.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements using CRM systems.
• Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes affecting the property and social housing sectors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or sales within the property sector.
• Strong understanding of the UK property market, particularly social and supported housing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for virtual meetings.
