Configuration Specialist

Job Title: Configuration Specialist

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full configuration process from contract signing to onboarding readiness
• Send welcome emails and configuration forms, and track completion of all required information
• Collect, organize, and maintain schedules, employee lists, and system setup details
• Lead configuration calls with clients to confirm requirements and gather any missing information
• Ensure all configuration data is complete, accurate, and ready for leadership review
• Coordinate closely with the PH configuration team to finalize system setup and upload master data
• Conduct a final internal review, submit completed configurations to Miriam for approval, and notify the onboarding team once approved
• Proactively follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays and resolve issues early

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong task and data management skills

• Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal

• Patient and client-focused, able to support users at all learning levels

• Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with and learning new software and systems
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external teams
• Positive, calm, and solution-oriented attitude
