• Sourcing Locations: South Africa or Latin America (LATAM)


• Compensation: $1,400 – $2,000 USD / month (Full-Time equivalent target rate, negotiable up to $2,500 USD/mo for exceptional candidates). Adjusted proportionally during the initial part-time ramp-up period.


• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST 


• Employment Structure: 3-Month Part-Time Ramp-Up (to learn brand voice, content strategy, and workflows) transitioning into a Permanent Full-Time Role.

Our client helps individuals, families, and churches build healthy financial habits, manage debt, and align their financial decisions with long-term purpose.

To expand our reach and continue producing transformative content, We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to produce engaging digital media, educational resources, and multi-channel marketing assets.

Role Overview

As a Content Writer,, you will take ownership of translating complex personal finance topics—such as budgeting, debt elimination, investing, generosity, and career stewardship—into clear, encouraging, and actionable copy tailored to the company's audience.

You will work closely with marketing and content strategy leads to craft high-impact long-form digital pieces, blog posts, podcast assets, lead magnets, and educational workbooks.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Editorial Writing

• Write inspirational blog posts, articles, and educational guides focusing on practical personal finance and biblical stewardship.


• Produce podcast collateral, including show notes, episode summaries, key takeaways, and promotional snippets.


• Develop lead magnets, downloadable workbooks, e-books, and instructional resources.


• Craft newsletters, promotional email sequences, and social media copy to support new campaign launches.

2. Financial Literacy & Research

• Demonstrate strong financial literacy to simplify complex financial topics into easy-to-digest copy.


• Quickly adapt writing style to align with companies’ brand voice, tone, and mission-driven principles.


• Apply digital readability standards, SEO best practices, and scannable formatting across all assets.

3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in regular team check-ins during required Eastern Time overlap hours (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST).


• Rigorously edit and proofread all deliverables for tone, clarity, grammar, and alignment.


• Maintain consistency with internal style guides and editorial content calendars.

Candidate Qualifications

• Financial Proficiency: Strong baseline financial literacy and understanding of personal finance principles (budgeting, saving, debt management, stewardship).


• Writing Excellence: Demonstrable experience writing clear, engaging long-form copy, blogs, educational materials, or lead magnets.


• Tone Adaptability: Ability to rapidly adopt and maintain a faith-based, encouraging, and practical voice suited for the companies’ audience.


• Language Skills: High English proficiency (both written and spoken) for clear communication and client-facing/team interaction.


• Experience Level: 2–5 years of professional writing experience preferred. (Open to exceptional recent college graduates who demonstrate strong financial literacy and writing talent).


• Tech & AI Comfort: Familiarity with modern content tools (Google Workspace, project management tools, WordPress) and AI writing/research tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
