CRM Specialist

An innovative, fast-paced B2C organisation operating across South Africa and North Africa is seeking a CRM Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives in the e-commerce space and wants to play a key role in shaping customer communications through email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site messaging. This permanent opportunity offers flexible hours working hybrid three days in office and two days at home.

• Execute daily CRM communications in collaboration with the design and commercial planning teams.
  

• Build and activate customer journeys using email, SMS, push notifications, and web-based channels.
  

• Implement automation and segmentation strategies to reach the right customer at the right time.
  

• Develop and maintain testing roadmaps to gather actionable consumer insights, and share findings across the wider marketing team.
  

• Explore and evolve CRM channel strategies, staying current with platform innovations and best practices.
  

• Analyse CRM performance and provide data-driven insights to the marketing team, offering regular reporting on key metrics
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 - 5 years of hands-on CRM experience in a B2C and/or e-commerce environment.
  
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (Braze experience is highly advantageous).
  
• Detail-oriented with strong executional and project management skills.
  
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and apply insights to campaigns.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team.
  
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, agile environment with multiple priorities.
  
• SA Citizen.
  
• Fluent in English.
