Job Title: Data Analysis and Reconfiguration

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for data reconfiguration projects.
• Utilize data manipulation and analysis tools to prepare datasets for reconfiguration.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing data structures and workflows.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support the reconfiguration process by ensuring data integrity and alignment with business needs.
• Monitor the performance of data systems post-reconfiguration and make adjustments as necessary.
• Document processes, methodologies, and changes to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and reconfiguration projects.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel) and visual analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data governance and quality assurance practices is a plus.
