Job Description - Designer - 1 June to 31 July | Salary 56 550 pm pro rata | 4 Days on -site in Woodmead and 1 day re

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer to join our team on a fixed -term basis from 1 June to 31 July. In this role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of high -quality design work across a range of projects. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and creative teams to produce visually compelling outputs that align with our brand standards and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce design concepts, layouts, and final artwork for print and digital channels.

• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to understand project briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.

• Ensure all design outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and delivered to the highest quality standard.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workload to meet deadlines.

• Prepare and package final files for production, ensuring all specifications are met.

• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback in an iterative and constructive manner.

• Source and select appropriate imagery, typography, and other design assets.

• Support the wider creative team with ad -hoc design tasks as required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional design experience in a studio, agency, or in -house environment.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma is advantageous.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design capabilities across both print and digital media.

• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, layout, and colour.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design decisions.

• Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast -paced environment.

Advantageous

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
