About the Role:
We are hiring a content-first Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale brand authority within the fintech and cross-border payments space.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a marketer who thrives on storytelling, organic growth, and strategic brand positioning. You will own the full digital marketing function and work closely with leadership to amplify brand visibility and reputation.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy focused on brand authority and organic growth.
Create long-form articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and case studies.
Develop founder-led thought leadership content and storytelling assets.
Produce AI-powered video content using tools such as Gemini, Vio, SmartViti, or similar platforms.
Maintain and execute a rolling 30-day content calendar.
Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize reach and impact.
Social Media Management
Lead organic presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and relevant diaspora platforms.
Drive follower growth and engagement without paid advertising.
Position leadership as industry thought leaders.
Track performance and optimize content based on engagement insights.
Podcast, Webinar & Online Events
Launch and manage a branded podcast or webinar series.
Coordinate topic planning, speaker outreach, scheduling, and promotion.
Repurpose event content into ongoing marketing assets.
Digital PR & Brand Amplification
Identify and secure guest articles, podcast features, and speaking opportunities.
Build and manage media outreach lists.
Develop relationships with journalists and industry platforms.
Draft press releases and manage announcements.
SEO & Web Presence
Build and execute a foundational SEO strategy.
Optimize on-page content, keywords, and structure.
Monitor performance via Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Continuously refine content based on performance data.
Community Engagement
Build and nurture digital communities within fintech and diaspora ecosystems.
Drive engagement and referral momentum.
Facilitate meaningful conversations across digital channels.
