Draughtsman

Position: Draughtsman

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed drawings and blueprints for architectural and engineering projects using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design specifications and requirements.
• Review and modify existing drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Prepare layout drawings and prepare presentations for client review.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary data and measurements for project development.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain organized records of work and revisions for future reference.

• Proven experience as a Draughtsman or similar role in architectural or engineering design.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD and Revit Essential).
• Solid understanding of architectural and engineering principles and practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and drawings.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A relevant degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
