Griffin Marketing Group is a growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Google Ads Strategist to lead strategy, management, and client communication for eCommerce and B2B accounts.

What You'll Do

Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads strategies tailored to each clients goals, budget, and audience.

Manage and communicate directly with clients through video calls and emails, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Oversee Ads Specialists and guide their execution of campaigns.

Deliver clear, positive, and insightful status reports on campaign performance.

Conduct account audits, support the sales team with audits and proposals, and contribute to refining internal processes and templates.

What Were Looking For

At least 5 years of digital marketing experience focused on Google Ads within a UK, US, or AUS agency.

Proven expertise auditing accounts, creating growth strategies, and executing campaigns across:

• Search
• Display
• Retargeting
• Shopping/Merchant Center
• Performance Max
• YouTube
• Deep understanding of core Google Ads concepts (match types, bid strategies, geo-targeting, audiences, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills written and spoken.
• Comfortable working US East Coast hours.

Bonus Points For:

Team management experience

Setting up GA4 & GTM for conversion tracking

Familiarity with Looker Studio, CallRail, ClickUp (or similar tools)
