With proven product-market fit and strong growth in core markets, they are now expanding into Germany and looking for a strategic leader to drive success in this key region.

The role

We’re on the hunt for an ambitious Influencer Marketer who can turn likes into leads and stories into sales. This is a remote position and offers the opportunity to take ownership of our influencer marketing strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing.

You’ll sit within the Growth team and be responsible for building an ROI-driven influencer program that fuels brand awareness and customer acquisition across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale our influencer marketing program with a clear focus on performance (leads, customers, CPA, CAC). 

• Hunt down and activate high-potential influencers who drive real results — not just vanity metrics. 

• Create strategic influencer campaigns that are built for awareness and acquisition. 

• Negotiate deals and partnerships that maximize ROI. 

• Collaborate closely with content, design, and paid teams to create seamless, high-impact influencer funnels. 

• Continuously test new platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and formats (giveaways, whitelisting, collabs) to stay ahead of the curve. 

• Analyze campaign results, optimize partnerships, and scale what works. 

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or digital sales
  

• Mid-level experience with social media platforms and digital content dynamics
  

• Sales-driven mindset: you treat influencers as a growth lever, not just brand exposure
  

• Familiarity with key metrics like CAC, CPL, CTR — and how to influence them
  

• Proactive, creative, and results-oriented, with a passion for testing and scaling
  

• Bonus: Experience with platforms like Upfluence, Traackr, or Influencity
  

• You love pets and love performance just as much
