Our client is a growing wealth management firm supporting clients within the UK financial services market.

The business works with high-net-worth clients holding asset portfolios between £1 million and £10 million and uses modern technology, including Marlow AI and Microsoft Office applications, to support financial planning, report writing and technical research.

THE ROLE: LEVEL 4 QUALIFIED PARAPLANNER

The Level 4 Qualified Paraplanner will support the firm's expanding UK operations, working directly with UK financial products and high-net-worth clients.

The role involves producing comprehensive financial planning reports, managing client communications and collaborating remotely with team members through video meetings and direct messaging channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce comprehensive financial planning reports.


• Work directly with UK financial products and the UK financial services market.


• Support high-net-worth clients with asset portfolios between £1 million and £10 million.


• Handle client communications.


• Collaborate remotely with team members through video meetings and direct messaging channels.


• Use Marlow AI to support report writing and technical research.


• Use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as part of day-to-day responsibilities.

ABOUT YOU

• Level 4 Qualification in Financial Planning – non-negotiable.


• In-depth knowledge of the UK financial services market and UK financial products – non-negotiable.


• Experience or strong comfort working with high-net-worth clients with £1 million–£10 million in assets.


• High technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


• Ability to learn and utilise AI tools, including Marlow AI.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote teamwork and client interaction.

WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time.
