About the Role:

As Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll take the lead in bringing bold, creative, and effective campaigns to life across multiple channels—from CRM and social to influencer and paid media. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, managing campaign execution, and ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your work will play a central role in driving growth and engagement within a fast-evolving fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with CRM, social, influencer, and paid media teams.

• Create high-quality, conversion-driven copy for CRM campaigns (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app), newsletters, landing pages, and product updates in both English and German.

• Write long-form content including blog articles, editorial features, and whitepapers that engage and educate.

• Maintain and evolve the company’s tone of voice across all marketing materials and communication channels.

• Support event marketing initiatives, helping to coordinate communication for webinars, community activations, and industry events

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in marketing communications and copywriting, ideally in a startup or creative agency environment.

• Experience working across cross-functional teams, managing input and collaboration from diverse stakeholders.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in both English and German, with a strong grasp of tone adaptation across platforms.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

• A creative thinker with a hands-on, proactive mindset—capable of turning ideas into action with minimal oversight.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.

• Interest in fintech, collectibles, or blockchain-based products is a bonus.
