Your Role:

• Support our recruitment efforts by sourcing and engaging Norwegian-speaking candidates from various backgrounds.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to determine their qualifications and suitability for positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to fully grasp job requirements and expectations.
• Facilitate strong candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Utilize a variety of recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent.
• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and ideas to improve talent support initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities to enhance your skills.

• Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• A friendly and engaging attitude towards assisting candidates and enhancing their recruitment experience.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work within a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Cape Town, with a paid relocation package included.
• Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
