Paraplanner

You’ll be part of a close-knit team alongside an administrator and client relationship manager, working in a collaborative and
client-focused environment.

• Support certified financial planners with day-to-day planning tasks and client service.
  
• Draft and set agendas for
  meetings.
  
• Manage follow-through on
  highlighted action items and ensure task completion.
  
• Maintain and update client
  information in CRM systems.
  
• Assist in preparing
  financial plans and documentation.
  
• Liaise with the administrator
  and client service team to ensure smooth workflow.
  
• Maintain high standards of
  confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all tasks.
  

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in
  Finance or related field (required).
  
• Minimum of 5 years'
  experience in a similar paraplanning or financial services support
  role (preferred).
  
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
  
• Proven ability to follow
  structured processes and workflows.
  
• Excellent written and verbal
  communication skills.
  
• High attention to detail
  and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Strong team player with a
  willingness to support others and grow professionally.
  
• Energetic and enthusiastic.
  
• Process-driven and highly
  organised.
  
• Demonstrates a willingness
  to learn and study further.
  
• Interested in a long-term
  career in financial planning.
  
• Resides in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
