Project Manager (Delivery)

Help deliver learning and technology projects by coordinating clients, partners, and internal teams across a varied portfolio.

Location: Remote (South Africa) | Working Arrangement: Remote | Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time) | Salary: R45,000 per month

THE ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER (DELIVERY)

As Project Manager (Delivery), you will manage a portfolio of client projects, coordinating activity between clients, vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will oversee learning, digital learning, and learning technology projects, including platform implementation and optimisation projects, while ensuring delivery remains on track, risks are managed, stakeholders remain informed, and commercial commitments are achieved.

You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the PMO by supporting improvements to delivery processes, reporting, and ways of working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent client projects.


• Act as a key point of contact for clients and delivery partners.


• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.


• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.


• Support project governance, reporting, and forecasting.


• Monitor project budgets, sales orders, and invoicing milestones.


• Lead larger or more complex projects when required.


• Support the continuous improvement of delivery processes and PMO practices.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience managing or coordinating projects in a client-facing environment.


• Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.


• Proactive and solution-focused approach.


• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.


• Experience in Learning & Development, digital learning, learning technology, professional services, or consultancy environments. (Desirable)


• Experience using Asana, Float, and Zoho CRM. (Desirable)


• Experience managing software, platform, or technology implementation projects. (Desirable)


• Experience coordinating third-party suppliers, vendors, or implementation partners. (Desirable)
