• Prepare and send 30 detailed presentations to clients weekly, each containing a high level of data, inputs, property maps and analytics.
• Manage email communications effectively to ensure timely delivery of information.
• Work independently to handle a high volume of tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain operating processes to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of property-related activities.
• Monitor and track progress on various property projects to meet deadlines.
• Provide support in organizing property viewings and client meetings.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing property market trends.
• Demonstrated high level of detail orientation in previous roles.
• Ability to work systematically and independently with a high volume of tasks.
