Aristo Sourcing is an international recruitment agency specializing in hiring across South Africa, Philippines, US and Europe. We're seeking an experienced A-Player Recruiter ready to expand our experience with both local and international work.

Aristo Sourcing utilizes a variety of software products and tools to optimize the recruitment process. We also have a strong marketing team behind us.

 Key Points:

• Competitive Salary based on experience

• Recruitment fulfillment only - no sales
• International experience preferred, but not required
• Requires high energy, focus, and strong communication skills
• Core working hours: South African business hours (some flexibility for US time zones)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for various levels of employees from individual contributors to managerial and senior-level candidates.
• Collaborate with our sourcing team to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Utilize data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics, aiming for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
• Report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the sourcing and account management teams.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience with strong operational understanding and strategic problem-solving ability
• Track record of identifying and qualifying managerial and senior-level talent
• Independent and proactive approach, with demonstrated energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness
• Strong focus, drive to succeed, and ambition
• Must have own computer and access to strong internet capabilities (to do video calls etc)

Soft Skills

• Professional demeanor capable of impressing international clients and partners
• Enthusiasm for engaging with new companies and individuals globally

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Meeting Software’s & general software tools
