You don’t need a background in education recruitment, but experience placing candidates internationally — particularly in service-driven sectors like healthcare — is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process for international placements into UK schools.
• Initiate and maintain strong relationships with school clients across the UK, understanding their staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and onboard international candidates for contingent and contract roles.
• Handle compliance, documentation, and relocation processes in line with international recruitment standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth placements and high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly report on recruitment pipeline activity.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2–3 years of 360 recruitment experience, with a focus on international placements.
• Previous background in relationship-driven recruitment sectors such as healthcare, education, or social care is preferred.
• Confident working across time zones and cultures to attract and engage global talent.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Tech-savvy with experience using recruitment CRMs and virtual communication tools.
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection and own laptop.
