Recruitment Resourcer - German Speaking (180 Role)

• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles.
• Keep up to date with market trends and hiring needs across Germany’s tech industry.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to deliver high-quality shortlists to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in German at C1/C2 level (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong understanding of the German employment market, particularly within the tech industry.
• Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, talent acquisition, or sourcing is advantageous.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
