Working Hours: UK Business Hours, 40 hour work week and ad hoc weekend work when required
Our client, a leading company in the UK property sector with over 20 years of industry experience specialising in quick property sales, auctions and estate agency services, is looking for a savvy and confident Sales Executive to join their team. This is a fully remote position for applications living in South Africa. This is a full-time, independent contractor role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven successful sales background (2 years preferred), ideally in estate agency or property auctions and knowledge of key property investment principles (trading, buy-to-let, and development).
A full remote set-up, with load-shedding back up is non-negotiable.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven successful sales background (2 years preferred), ideally in estate agency or property auctions.
A property-related degree is a bonus but not essential.
Thrive in high-pressure environments.
Excellent time management skills and positive attitude.
Experience in residential/commercial UK property valuations is preferable.
Knowledge of key property investment principles (trading, buy-to-let, and development).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the first contact point for client inquiries and build rapport.
Handle leads promptly, including out-of-hours calls/messages/emails.
Provide quick callbacks, assisting clients in choosing the best sales route (cash sale, auction, or estate agency).
Negotiate and develop win-win sales outcomes.
Conduct online property valuations and liaise with office management.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
Regularly exceed sales completion targets.
Represent the company as a brand ambassador across the sales funnel and beyond.
