We’re looking for an energetic and organised Sales Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing team by managing candidate sourcing, screening, and market mapping for high-volume sales roles across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and map potential candidates for SDR and sales leadership roles across the UK
• Manage job adverts and sift through large applicant pools (often 300+ per ad)
• Conduct detailed screening calls to pre-qualify candidates for interviews
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline of qualified and culturally aligned candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
• Use CRM (Atlas) and AI tools to support recruitment workflows
• Ensure all candidate information is accurately logged and up-to-date
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client briefs and culture
• Contribute to social selling efforts, content sharing, and candidate engagement on LinkedIn

Qualifications and Experience

• 3–5 years of recruitment and/or sales experience (SaaS/Tech sales or SDR background)
• At least 1 year of international work experience (essential)
• Demonstrated success in high-volume candidate screening or recruitment coordination
• Familiarity with recruitment CRMs (Atlas experience is a bonus)
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills
• Confident on camera and able to represent the brand professionally in virtual settings
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Strong internet connection and own laptop required
