The Role: Senior Content & Marketing Creator
We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Content & Marketing Creator to join the marketing team. In this role, you will lead the production of multimedia and written content that powers demand generation, builds brand authority, and engages customers across all stages of the marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Implement a content marketing plan aligned with growth objectives, target personas, and customer journeys
Draft and edit high-quality written content, including blogs, web pages, social posts, internal reports, and newsletters
Write persuasive, targeted copy for email campaigns, sales materials, and retention initiatives
Optimise content for SEO, AEO, and user experience; manage publishing via CMS
Manage and grow organic social media channels with tailored written and visual content
Track, analyse, and report on content performance; apply insights to refine strategy
Plan, film, edit, and repurpose short-form videos, reels, and graphics using Canva
Build and optimise marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot)
Collaborate with internal teams to produce content supporting product launches, customer communications, and partnerships
About You
2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS content creation or marketing, ideally in tech, fintech, or financial services
Proven ability to create and edit multimedia content (video, audio, graphics)
Excellent writing, copy-editing, and proofreading skills
Proficient in Canva and CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow or WordPress)
Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, content analytics, and web publishing best practices
Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools, ideally HubSpot
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
Creative storyteller who simplifies complex technical concepts for broad audiences
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Experience producing webinars and podcasts (a plus)
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
