Social Media/Syndication Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are a leading personal growth and self-help brand currently rebuilding our entire social media presence. We produce a massive volume of high-impact content—posting hundreds of pieces per month across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.

We are not looking for a "creative" who wants to use this as a stepping stone to an influencer career. We need a Syndication Specialist—someone who lives for the nuts and bolts of content distribution. This is an Operations-first role. Your mission is to take our core creative assets and handle the formatting, repurposing, and distribution so our message reaches millions with zero friction and 100% technical accuracy.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Content Syndication & Repurposing
  
  Format Conversion: Take core assets and transform them for multi-platform use (e.g., converting a YouTube script into a structured article; turning a top-performing LinkedIn post into a Notion resource, then into a Reel/Shorts script).
  
  Platform-Specific Formatting: Ensure every piece of content is perfectly optimized for its destination (correct aspect ratios, caption lengths, hashtag sets, and tagging).
  
  Technical Distribution: Manage the end-to-end process of uploading and scheduling content across all social media channels, ensuring flawless "on-time" delivery.
  
   


• Distribution Operations
  
  The Master Schedule: Maintain a rigorous, high-volume content calendar that handles 200+ posts per month without missing a beat.
  
  Asset Syndication: Organize our content library so that assets are easily searchable, tagged, and ready for repurposing at a moment's notice.
  
  Execution & QC: Use Canva and basic uploading techniques to make final tweaks to assets. You are the final "Quality Control" check before the world sees our content.

• Process over Personality: You aren't looking to "be the talent." You want to be the engine that makes the talent successful. You are structured and don't get bored by repeatable, high-volume tasks.


• Execution Specialist: You understand that a great message is useless if it isn't syndicated correctly. You have a thick skin for the "grind" of high-volume posting.


• Technically Savvy: You have a deep familiarity with the technical nuances of LI, IG, YT, and X—you know exactly what makes a post "look right" on each platform.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 3+ years in Social Media Management or Content Syndication, specifically managing high-volume output (100–200+ posts/month).


• Software: High proficiency in Canva, social media scheduling tools (Metricool, Buffer, etc.), and project management software (Notion/Asana).


• Diligence: A proven track record of "dotting the i's and crossing the t's" in a fast-paced digital environment.


• Communication: Elite written English for converting scripts to articles and managing professional captions.


• Consistency: You thrive in roles that require high-level organizational discipline over long periods.
