As the company continues its accelerated growth, we are seeking a dedicated Stakeholder Relations Manager to join our team.

THE ROLE

The Stakeholder Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing stakeholder engagement strategies that enhance relationships with key external partners, including local communities, government entities, and NGOs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the company’s projects align with stakeholder expectations and contribute to long-term sustainable development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and action plans.

  Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including community groups, government agencies, and industry partners.

  Identify stakeholder needs, concerns, and potential risks to proactively address issues.

  Oversee the implementation of community grievance mechanisms.

  Conduct stakeholder mapping and ensure regular engagement activities.

  Support project teams with stakeholder-related risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

  Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to stakeholder management.

  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 
  

  Education: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Stakeholder or Community Relations, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
