Our client is looking for a Talent Delivery Consultant to join their agile, global team. You’ll be at the centre of candidate delivery—sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier contractors into a range of life sciences roles. This role is all about pace, precision, and performance. Working directly through MSP portals, you’ll manage a steady flow of new roles, keeping the recruitment engine moving smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Delivery: Leverage LinkedIn, internal databases, and outbound sourcing to identify qualified candidates for high-priority contract roles across Clinical Operations, Quality, and Biometrics.
End-to-End Candidate Management: Screen, prep, and guide candidates through the recruitment process—ensuring timely submissions, great candidate experience, and strong close rates.
Target-Driven Execution: Meet weekly performance KPIs including:
Minimum 10 CVs submitted per week
Minimum 2 interviews booked per week
Agile goals tied to active workload
Process & Workflow Management: Own your daily delivery plan, use recruitment tech and CRM tools, communicate blockers or wins to the wider team, and contribute to process optimisation.
Experience in delivery, sourcing, or resourcing within a recruitment or staffing agency. Healthcare, Clinical or Life Sciences recruitment experience would be ideal.
High-output background—used to fast turnarounds and KPI-driven environments
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
Excellent communicator (verbal and written), confident dealing with candidates at all levels
Driven, adaptable, and sales-minded—comfortable working independently within a remote team
Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences recruitment is a bonus, but not essential
Experience with MSP portals or contractor hiring is a strong plus
100% remote role with flexible UK working hours
