ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client operates across six practices, Head Office functions and future acquisitions, recruiting across clinical, operational and support functions.
As the business continues to grow, it requires a proactive approach to identifying professionals who may not be actively searching for new opportunities. The recruitment function focuses on building talent pipelines before vacancies arise, reducing agency dependency and maintaining consistent candidate flow.
The business operates within private healthcare environments, with recruitment requirements spanning healthcare, dental, medical and allied health disciplines.
THE ROLE: TALENT SOURCER
The Talent Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting and engaging exceptional talent across six practices, Head Office functions and future acquisitions.
The role focuses exclusively on talent mapping, direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, market intelligence, talent pooling and CRM campaign management. This allows the Recruitment Manager to focus on strategy, stakeholders and hiring outcomes.
Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and Hiring Managers, the Talent Sourcer will deliver high-quality shortlists while creating an exceptional candidate experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively identify, attract and engage exceptional talent across six practices, Head Office functions and future acquisitions.
Build talent pipelines before vacancies arise.
Maintain consistent candidate flow across clinical, operational and support functions.
Support the reduction of agency dependency through proactive direct sourcing.
Conduct talent mapping.
Carry out direct sourcing activities.
Engage passive candidates who are not actively searching for new opportunities.
Gather and provide market intelligence.
Build and maintain talent pools.
Manage CRM campaigns.
Partner closely with the Recruitment Manager and Hiring Managers.
Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists.
Create an exceptional candidate experience.
ABOUT YOU
Strong preference for recruitment experience within healthcare, dental, medical, private healthcare or allied health.
Experience recruiting within the UK market would be highly advantageous.
Experience recruiting within multi-site businesses would be highly advantageous.
Experience recruiting within private healthcare environments would be highly advantageous.

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK Time, with a one-hour lunch break.
There will be a requirement to work certain Saturdays from 09:00–18:00 UK Time, with a one-hour lunch break. When working on a Saturday, a day off will be provided during the week, to be mutually agreed between the employee and manager.
