Job Overview:

Join a fast-growing UK-based tech company as a Recruiter specializing in the US market. Whether you're a skilled 180 recruiter focused on sourcing top talent, or a 360 recruiter managing the full recruitment cycle, this role offers you the chance to make a direct impact in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. You’ll work closely with US-based hiring managers, identifying top-tier candidates for technical roles while operating during US business hours.

This is an exciting opportunity for a South African recruiter with US market experience to bring their expertise to an international setting, while enjoying the flexibility and innovation of remote work.

Responsibilities:

Depending on whether you are in a 180 or 360 capacity, your key duties may include:

  • Talent Sourcing (180 & 360):
    • Proactively source and engage tech professionals in the US (e.g., developers, engineers, product managers).
    • Utilise platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards to attract passive and active candidates.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Client & Candidate Management (360 only):
    • Manage client relationships, taking detailed job briefs and understanding hiring needs.
    • Provide consultative recruitment support to hiring managers in the US.
    • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer stage.
  • Process Management & Communication:
    • Schedule and facilitate interviews across time zones.
    • Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.
    • Communicate professionally and promptly with both clients and candidates.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for those with US market exposure.
  • Proven track record in either 180 or 360 recruitment – preferably within the tech sector.
  • Experience working US hours (typically 3pm–11pm SAST or similar).
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with international teams.
  • Access to a laptop and reliable high-speed internet is essential.
