Job Description - Technical Sales Representative | Full-time

We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team in South Africa. This role is remote-based and will cover the Gauteng, North-West, and Limpopo regions.

Actively promote and sell WEICON’s full range of tailored solutions in adhesives, sealants, protective coatings, and corrosion protection.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Foster and maintain existing customer database.
Provide technical advice and support to customers, including product selection and application guidance.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and communications.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
Track sales activity, prepare reports, and contribute to regional growth strategy.

Proven track record in technical sales, ideally with experience in engineered adhesives, sealants, protective coatings, or a related field.
Strong understanding of industrial and maintenance environments.
Technically inclined with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently from a remote base.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle in excellent condition.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
