Remote Telesales Consultant - Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads by purchasing from a preferred leads platform
• Initiate and conduct sales conversations with potential customers via telephone
• Communicate with clients through telephone and email, ensuring clarity and professionalism
• Negotiate terms and successfully close deals with clients
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
• Efficiently utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and booking system to track and manage sales activities
• Effectively use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks and communication needs
• Educate customers on all service offerings, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits and features
• Provide exceptional after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

• Salary: Provable On Target Earning (OTE) in excess of R15000
  • Consists of R8000 basic plus uncapped commission earnings

Additional Information:

• Working hours: 8:30-17:00 (UK hours)
• Requires working one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shift per month, compensated with pay and time off in lieu of weekend work
• Shift coverage over the festive period is required with compensation

Remote Work Requirements:

As a remote employee, you should have access to a reliable internet connection and have your own PC. You should also be able to communicate effectively with team members through various virtual communication tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in other sales roles
• Previous Team Lead, Supervisory, or Management experience
• Sales experience in the cleaning industry is advantageous
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of English
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
