Telesales Executive with experience in the cleaning or services industry to help us grow. If you’re passionate about sales, building relationships, and closing deals, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to promote our cleaning services to potential clients.

• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cleaning solutions.

• Convert warm leads into bookings by highlighting the value of our services.

• Stay up to date with our offerings to confidently address customer questions.

• Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system.

• Provide excellent follow-up and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of telesales or sales experience, ideally within the cleaning, janitorial, or gardening services industry (i.e selling services to clients for end-of-tenancy cleaning, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning services)

• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Comfortable with remote work and managing your schedule independently.

• Own laptop, reliable internet, and backup systems for power outages.

• Willingness to work weekends and during the festive season when needed.

• Calm under pressure and resilient in handling objections or rejection.

• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong negotiation skills and professionalism in handling complaints.

What’s In It For You:

• Competitive base salary of R8,000/month + uncapped commission (On-target earnings: R25,000/month).
