Job Overview:

We’re helping our client find a strategic and results-driven TikTok Shop & Affiliate Manager to lead their e-commerce growth initiatives within the beauty and personal care industry. In this role, you will manage the company’s TikTok Shop presence and affiliate marketing program, helping to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through innovative and trend-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, inventory coordination, and promotional strategies.
• Develop and lead an affiliate marketing program by sourcing, recruiting, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and creators.
• Plan and execute high-performing TikTok campaigns that align with platform trends and target audience behavior.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
• Proven track record of managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and user behavior.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
