Position: TikTok Shop Operations Manager

Location: South Africa - Remote (Working US Hours - 10am-6pm EST)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales, conversions, and customer experience
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions independently
• Coordinate product listings, inventory updates, and order management processes
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer support teams to align on campaigns and promotions
• Stay up to date with TikTok Shop trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Take ownership of new initiatives and test innovative ideas to drive growth

• Proven experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or a similar role
• Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and implement new ideas
• Experience managing complex workflows with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working specifically with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms
• Familiarity with eCommerce tools, analytics platforms, and order management systems
• Experience in a high-growth startup or rapidly evolving business environment
