• Generated proforma invoices and tax invoices for customers with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring timely submission and compliance with internal protocols.

• Maintain effective communication with customers, internal departments, and key external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.

• Manage and submit Change of Ownership (NaTIS) documentation for sold equipment

• Maintain comprehensive and well-organized filing systems for all machine deals to support audit readiness and efficient information retrieval.

• Capture and update machine details accurately on CAT systems

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12

• CAT foresight experience would be an advantage

• SIMs experience would be an advantage
