General Restaurant Manager

Position available with new upmarket casual dining Restaurant in George. Looking for candidates with:

1. Experience: 8+ years in Restaurant management, with 5 or more years as senior manager or GM.
2. Skills: Good understanding of general Restaurant operating procedures, able to manage front and back of house.
3. Language: Must be well-spoken and fluent in English.
4. Requirements: Loyal working history, good references, skilled in staff management/training, stock management, opening & closing procedures.
5. Responsibilities: Restaurant administration, leading a team, strong customer relations skills.
6. Traits: Passionate, hardworking, driven to succeed, able to work under pressure.
7. Salary: R 20 – 23 K gross.
