⢠Salary: R18,000 â R20,000 per month DOE

The Role
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high service standards and efficient day-to-day management. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, guest-focused and capable of leading a motivated front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service delivery
⢠Lead, train and motivate front-of-house staff
⢠Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest satisfaction
⢠Manage reservations, seating plans and guest flow
⢠Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints professionally
⢠Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
⢠Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control
⢠Assist with menu planning input and coordination with kitchen teams
⢠Conduct staff scheduling, training and performance management
⢠Drive a strong guest-centric and service-driven culture
⢠Ensure accurate cash-ups, reporting and administrative duties
Requirements
⢠Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Supervisor within a luxury or fine dining environment
⢠Strong leadership and people management skills
⢠Excellent guest relations and communication abilities
⢠Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
⢠Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
⢠Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
⢠Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
⢠Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
