Job Description - Retail Brand Ambassador

Job responsibilities:

Assisting customers with sales -related queries
Providing advice on product features and specifications
Establishing and building customer relationships
Ensure that POS material is in order and that displays are neat
Mondays to Saturdays

Requirements

You have a keen sense of what differentiates products and you can effectively communicate this
You know how to build meaningful customer relationships

Factors that will give you an advantage:

Past retail/sales experience/training
Technical knowledge on consumer goods (Appliances, Electronics, Beds etc.)
Multi -lingual proficiency (Xhosa/Afrikaans)
Fundamental computer skills
