Job Description - Retail Property Manager (Zambia)

We are seeking a Retail Property Manager to manage a portfolio of six shopping centers located in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Zambia. This position is based in Illovo, with monthly travel to Africa.

Requirements

Extensive experience on Nicor/MDA
Minimum 5 year retail property management experience
Strong leasing administration skills
Experience operating in African jurisdictions
Multi-currency exposure
Must be willing to travel to Africa (DRC and Zambia)
Strong English Communication Skills (Presenting to Shareholders)
Strong Excel abilities
Ability to operate independently
