Retail Sales consultant - Adult Lifestyle & Wellness Permanent

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year sales/retail experience - mandatory
• An open-minded, mature attitude towards adult products
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Administration skills advantageous
• Clear ITC and criminal record required
• Sober habits essential
• Reliable own transport or ability to commute reliably to the store

Working Hours:
Shift pattern: 1 day on, 1 day off, alternating weekends (1 weekend on, 1 weekend off). Shifts typically run 9am–7pm.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service in a specialist retail environment
• Advise customers professionally and confidently on our product range
• Handle day-to-day store administration
• Represent the brand with maturity, discretion, and a non-judgemental attitude

A well-established, legally registered adult lifestyle retail group is looking for confident, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join their in-store team. This is a specialist retail environment selling adult wellness and intimacy products, and candidates must be comfortable working in this niche with maturity and discretion.
