Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handling customer returns and warranty verifications

• Coordinating testing and repair/replacement processes with suppliers

• Managing stock movements, mini stock takes, and full monthly stock counts

• Receiving deliveries, logging returns, and processing credit notes

• Maintaining accurate pricing and system entries (Hansa)
