Delta-v builds and operates outbound SDR teams for B2B fintech companies. We partner with growing fintech businesses to design, execute and optimise their go-to-market motion through structured systems, data and performance management.
This role sits at the centre of our commercial engine.
You will own our reporting, sales tech stack, data infrastructure and automation roadmap. You’ll have the opportunity to implement AI-driven workflows, evaluate and select vendors, design scalable systems, and directly influence how we operate internally and for our clients.
There is significant ownership from day one - you will be accountable for performance reporting, tech stack management and client-facing insights. Over time, there is scope to expand into broader Revenue Operations, commercial strategy or leadership responsibilities.
Day-to-day, you will manage Salesforce and Salesloft configuration, generate and clean B2B data, build dashboards, automate workflows, support SDR reporting, manage vendors and oversee new client tech onboarding.
