Review Agent

Role Summary

As a Review agent you will perform quality control and administrative review of client files, maintain accurate client records, upload assessment materials, coordinate with internal teams, and report daily productivity.  In this role you will maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review client submissions for completeness and accuracy.


• Verify and update client records in the CRM.


• Upload assessment documents and agreements.


• Coordinate changes, reassessments, and file transfers with internal teams.


• Produce daily shift reports and meet productivity targets.


• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.


• 1–2 years in administrative review, CRM data entry, or related role.


• Strong attention to detail and good written communication.


• Comfortable with document management and basic office software.

Desired:

• Familiarity with immigration or client-case workflows (advantageous, not required).


• Ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Working Conditions:

• Shift-based schedule; punctuality expected.


• Standard breaks provided.
