Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to established hotel standards

• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities

• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms and surfaces thoroughly

• Ensure rooms are well-presented, organized, and ready for inspection

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property promptly

• Respond to guest requests courteously and in a timely manner

• Maintain housekeeping carts, cleaning equipment, and storage areas

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Support team members and complete additional tasks when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in housekeeping preferred

• Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)

• Basic English skills are advantageous

• Good physical stamina and ability to work efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
