Key Requirements (RSM Beverage)



Any Graduate, Prior Experience in Beverages Sales is Mandatory, Minimum 5+ Years of Experience



  • Regional Growth: Drive volume and revenue targets for the region, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a field sales team (TSMs, Sales Officers).

  • Channel Management: Manage distributor and key account relationships to improve off-take performance.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and implement trade promotions.


  •     Distribution Network: Must have an established, strong distributor network, particularly in the assigned              region 









    • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG, with a strong focus on beverage (bottled water, soft drinks, or juices).

    • Role Type: Field Sales Management, Distributor Management, and Channel Management are mandatory.

    • Key Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, team leadership, negotiation, and distribution network development.
