SAICA AUDIT TRAINEE ACCOUNTANTS

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as SAICA trainee accountants. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin their journey towards becoming chartered accountants while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic audit environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Essential Competencies

• Strong academic foundation in accounting and auditing principles
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

Educational Qualifications

• Completed SAICA-Accredited Degree (Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce with appropriate subjects)
• CTA (Certificate in the Theory of Accounting) in-progress OR planning to commence CTA in 2026

Personal Requirements

• South African Citizen
• Must reside in Johannesburg and surrounding areas OR be willing to relocate
• Available to start in January 2026

SELECTION PROCESS

1. Initial Interview - In-person preferred (virtual available for out-of-town candidates)
2. Assessment/Technical Test - Conducted in-person at our offices
3. Offer Stage - Successful candidates will receive formal employment offers
